Volute pump cover
The volute shapes the flow leaving the impeller, so its surface and section should be smooth and consistent. The cover also closes the pump, which makes the sealing face and bolt pattern the critical machined features.
We gravity cast volute covers, with cores where the design needs them, then machine the sealing face and fixing holes in house.
