Process and alloys
HPDC (ADC12, LM6, LM24) across the 280 to 1,250 t range, depending on housing size.
Lighting housings repeat in steady volumes and benefit from in-house coating. We quote them as finished parts rather than raw castings.
Parts shown were made on our lines. Tooling and drawings belong to our customers, so part numbers and customer names are not shown.

Requirements, and how we meet them
HPDC holds walls from 1.2 mm, with draft and fin pitch reviewed at DFM to protect die life.
Alloy choice (for example ADC12 or LM6) balanced between castability and thermal conductivity, agreed at quotation.
Powder coating through a long-standing partner, so housings arrive as finished parts.
Gasket faces controlled for flatness, with machining where the drawing requires it.
