Process and alloys
HPDC (ADC12, LM24, ADC10) for crankcases, covers and enclosures on machines up to 1,250 t; gravity die casting for thicker timing covers and brackets.
Automotive volumes are attractive, but programmes are price-competitive and approval-heavy. We focus on parts where machining, documentation and consistency matter as much as piece price.
Parts shown were made on our lines. Tooling and drawings belong to our customers, so part numbers and customer names are not shown.

Requirements, and how we meet them
Process flow, PFMEA and control plan before tooling; AIAG PPAP level 3 by default.
ISO 9001:2015 certified today. IATF 16949 targeted for March 2027. If your programme requires IATF now, tell us the start-of-production date.
Electric resistance melting, rotary degassing with density index checks and in-house X-ray to qualify machined zones.
Battery enclosures, robot housings and EV components are a growth area for us. Talk to us early in your programme.
