• Country and preferred Incoterm
• Component details, drawings or CAD files you upload
• Any other information you include in your message

We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

Why we use it

We use your information for one purpose only: to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and communicate with you about that enquiry or an ongoing order. Where required by law, our lawful basis is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry.

Your drawings and technical data

Drawings, 3D models and specifications you send us are treated as confidential. They are used solely to assess feasibility and prepare a quotation, are shared only with the internal engineering staff who need them, and are never disclosed to third parties without your permission. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you send sensitive data.

How long we keep it

Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to serve you as a customer, and for a reasonable period afterwards for business records. You may ask us to delete your information at any time.

Who processes your data

Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider, and form submissions are processed by our hosting provider's form service before reaching our email. These providers process data on our behalf under their own security obligations.

Your rights

Depending on your location, including under the UK and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you may have the right to:

• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Ask us to correct information that is inaccurate
• Ask us to delete your information
