What we make

Products & components

Aluminium castings from a few grams to 25 kg: housings, covers, heat sinks, brackets, enclosures and rotating parts. Cored and non-cored, supplied as raw castings, fully machined components or ready-to-fit assemblies. If your part is aluminium, there is a good chance we already make something like it.

What we manufacture

Three processes, one aluminium component range

We run high pressure and gravity die casting under one roof today, with low pressure die casting in development, so the process is chosen to match your part rather than the machine we happen to own.

High volume · thin wall

High Pressure Die Casting

Molten aluminium is injected into a hardened steel die under high pressure, producing dimensionally stable, thin-walled components at high output rates.

Machine range
80T – 1250T (7 machines)
Wall thickness
1.2 – 8 mm
Typical weight
50 g – 15 kg
Best suited for
Complex geometry, high volumes

Common applications

Transmission housings Sensor enclosures Motor end covers
High integrity · thicker section

Gravity Die Casting

Molten aluminium is poured by gravity into a reusable metal mould, giving denser, higher-integrity castings suited to thicker or structurally critical sections.

Machine type
Tilting & horizontal GDC
Wall thickness
3 – 15 mm
Typical weight
200 g – 25 kg
Best suited for
Structural, pressure-tight parts

Common applications

Pump & valve bodies Gearbox casings Structural brackets
In development · coming soon

Low Pressure Die Casting

Metal is fed upward into the die under low, controlled pressure, giving the dense, high-integrity structure of gravity casting with better yield and repeatability. Suited to structural and pressure-tight parts.

Status
Plant secured, machines in negotiation
Dedicated space
20,000 sq.ft
Best suited for
Structural, pressure-tight parts
Typical applications
Wheels, housings, manifolds
