High Pressure Die Casting

Aluminium High Pressure Die Casting (HPDC)

Seven cold-chamber machines from 80T to 1250T clamping force, producing thin-walled, dimensionally stable aluminum castings at volume.

The process

What HPDC is, and when it's right

Molten aluminium is injected into a hardened steel die under high pressure and solidifies in seconds. It suits complex, thin-walled parts where dimensional repeatability and piece cost matter most.
