Tool trials & development
T0 Trials & Low-Volume Development Runs
Tool validation and R&D batches on production HPDC machines — 500T, 1000T and 1250T — from as few as 25 components.
For tool makers & R&D teams
Need a T0 trial? We'll run it.
Built a new die and need it proven before committing to production? We run T0 and development trials on production-grade HPDC machines, from as few as 25 components upward.
From 25 pieces and beyond
Who this is for
- Tool makers validating a newly built die
- OEM and Tier-1 R&D teams needing samples
- Design houses proving a concept before tooling up
- Anyone needing parts in hand before committing to volume
What you get back
- Trial shots on production-grade machines, not a lab setup
- Sample castings for measurement, fitment and testing
- Recorded process parameters from the trial
- Practical feedback on die performance: fill, venting, ejection and flash
What to send us

- Preferred alloy, or we'll advise and arrange one
- Sample quantity required
- Any dimensions or features that are critical to check
Common questions
T0 trials, answered
T0 is the first set of shots taken from a newly built die. It proves whether the tool fills correctly, ejects cleanly and produces a casting to drawing — before any production commitment is made.
We run trials from as few as 25 components, and any quantity above that. There is no requirement to commit to series production afterwards.
500T, 1000T and 1250T clamping force machines — the same production equipment used for series work, so a successful trial needs no re-validation on different machinery.
Yes. Your tooling remains your property throughout, and NDAs are respected on all development work.
