A 2D drawing or 3D model (STEP, IGES or PDF), expected annual volume, and target material if you have one. If you don't have a finished drawing yet, a rough sketch and dimensions are enough to start a conversation.
It depends on the process and tooling. Gravity die casting generally suits lower volumes than HPDC. Tell us your expected quantity in the RFQ form and we'll size the right approach.
Typically 2–4 weeks from a signed-off 3D model, depending on die complexity and cavity count. Trial samples follow shortly after the die is cut.
Yes. CNC machining, trimming, shot blasting, powder coating and plating are all done in-house, so a casting can leave as a finished, ready-to-assemble part.
Yes. We regularly export and can work with your freight forwarder or arrange shipping ourselves. Let us know your Incoterm preference in the RFQ.
