Process and alloys
Mostly HPDC (ADC12, LM24, LM6) for covers, fans and terminal boxes; gravity die casting (LM25, LM6) for heavier end shields and frames.
Motor and alternator programmes run for years with steady call-offs, and parts usually need machining. That combination suits a caster that machines in-house and keeps one quality record for the finished part.
Parts shown were made on our lines. Tooling and drawings belong to our customers, so part numbers and customer names are not shown.

Requirements, and how we meet them
Machined in-house on CNC turning and VMC, with critical diameters checked by air gauging on every part.
High pressure die casting holds walls from 1.2 mm, so fins can be cast rather than machined.
Flatness of sealing faces controlled at machining; leak testing arranged through a specialist partner where the drawing calls for it.
Fans and impellers are cast with consistent wall and checked for form before dispatch.
