We are an aluminium die casting manufacturer in Satara MIDC, building a team that takes pride in quality and repeatability. We train people in house and give them responsibility early.

Casting
Melting, melt treatment, high pressure and gravity die casting, die setting and maintenance.
Machining and finishing
CNC and VMC machining, drilling and tapping, fettling, shot blasting, cleaning and assembly.
Quality and engineering
Inspection, gauging, X ray, documentation, process engineering and new part development.
Stores, packing and dispatch
Material handling, component specific packing, export documentation and logistics.
Office and commercial
Purchase, planning, accounts and customer service for Indian and overseas customers.
Training
Every operator is trained on each component before production, with structured programmes each quarter and whenever a new process, machine or part requires it.
