Machining and assembly

From casting to complete assembly, under one roof

We can take on the whole assembly of your product. Castings are machined, cleaned, fitted with inserts and bought out parts, assembled, checked and packed in Satara, so you receive a finished unit instead of managing a chain of vendors.

What we assemble

Choose how far we take your part

Machined casting

Cast, fettled, shot blasted and machined, with critical dimensions air gauged on every part.

Finished component

Ultrasonic cleaning, and powder coating or plating through a long standing partner, ready for your line.

Sub assembly

Threaded inserts, bushes, bearings, seals, fasteners and multi part housings supplied as one unit.

Complete product

Final assembly to your bill of materials and work instructions, with function or leak testing as specified, packed under your label.

Why assemble with us

Why it should be one supplier, and why us

  • One point of accountability. When something is wrong, the team that cast the part is the team that machined and assembled it. Problems are fixed at source, not argued over.
  • Casting and machining tuned together. Machining stock, datums and fixtures are designed with the die, so assembly fits are right from the first lot.
  • Fewer handoffs, less freight. No shipping between vendors, less handling damage and shorter lead time.
  • One purchase order, one quality record. Traceability from melt to finished unit, in one set of documents.
  • Lower total cost. You buy a finished unit, and your team spends its time on product instead of vendor follow up.
