Scooter crankcase and CVT cover
Crankcase halves and CVT covers are large, ribbed, thin walled castings with bearing bores, oil passages and sealing faces. They suit high pressure die casting on larger machines, with careful gating so the ribs fill and the bosses stay sound.
We make two wheeler crankcase halves and CVT covers for Tier 1 suppliers, who machine or assemble them into engines. We do not supply vehicle makers directly.
