Instrument and electrical enclosures
Enclosures range from shallow trays to deep boxes with hinged lids. Deep boxes need enough draft and even walls to eject cleanly; lids and hinges need to line up with the box every time.
Our gallery shows instrument enclosures with coated lids, a deep enclosure box, a ribbed box and a hinged enclosure. We cast the box and lid, drill and tap them in house, and coat them through our partner.
Process, alloys and indicative ranges
| Process | HPDC |
